Terms of Service

We want our experience to be as relaxing as possible. To keep things clear and stress-free, here are our simple polices

What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a health care service where manual techniques are applied to specific areas
predominantly on the feet, hands and ears based on reflex maps. This technique stimulates neural
pathways linking body systems, promoting the body’s efforts to function optimally.

To hep you feel informed and comfortable, here are a few important notes:

  • My reflexologist is not a licensed doctor or medical practitioner of any kind and does not
    practice medicine.
  • My reflexologists does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or adjust medications.
  • Reflexology is not a substitute for medical treatment, and I am encouraged to consult a
    licensed healthcare provider for any medical condition.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service or before during the scheduling process. 

  • Card payments through Stripe include a small processing fee. To avoid this fee, you’re welcome to pay by cash or check by selecting “I will pay locally” in the booking page. 


Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a $35 fee.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other clients’ appointments, but the full session fee will still apply.


Membership Terms

Our memberships make ongoing reflexology care more flexible and affordable. The following terms help us manage scheduling and provide consistent care for all clients:

  • Memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Our 70-minute sessions are available exclusively through a membership.
  • A membership is for the person who purchases it. Sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Membership purchases are nonrefundable.
  • Memberships are valid for one month from the date of purchase. All sessions must be used before the membership expires.
  • You may schedule sessions at your own pace during that month, subject to appointment availability.
  • If you would like a longer appointment, you may upgrade a membership session by paying the price difference at the time of service.
  • Our regular cancellation policy applies. A late cancellation or missed appointment may result in one session being deducted from your membership.
  • Gratuity is not included in the membership price.

We encourage you to book in advance to give yourself the best choice of appointment times and make full use of your membership.

After purchasing your membership, please contact us to schedule your sessions. You may also use our online booking page: select a 90-minute appointment and choose Pay Locally at checkout. We’ll apply your prepaid membership session to the booking and update it on our end. You will not be charged again for the included session.

Your membership session is 70 minutes; the 90-minute option is used only to place the booking in our current scheduling system. If you would like a longer session, please let us know so we can arrange the upgrade and collect the price difference.
