Ear Reflexology
This delicate and deeply relaxing practice uses the ears as a gentle gateway to whole-body balance. You’ll begin seated or reclined in comfort, and with feather-light touch or gentle ear seeds, I stimulate specific points known to support sleep, stress relief, and emotional ease.
The sensation is subtle—like a soft whisper to the nervous system—yet many clients describe a surprising sense of release or deep peace during and after. The ear points continue working long after the session, offering quiet support for hours or even days.
